JUPITER Air Crawler Drill capable of drilling 102 -114mm (4-4 1/2") dia hole to a depth of 36.5 mtr used in open Cast Mines for Drilling and Blasting Purposes.
JUPITER Air Crawler Drill is a self propelled crawler type drill, designed for drilling holes in vertical and horizontal planes. The drill Guide,boom,controls are all mounted on a heavy duty track assembly.
JUPITER Air Motors:
4-Cylinder & 5-Cylinder Radial Piston type Air motors are suitably designed with well balanced and nil vibrations provide smooth operation of Rotatary Head, Feed unit, Propelling unit and driving Hydraulic Pump for operation of five Hydraulic Cylinders.
Control Panel:
Centralized sensitive controls pneumatic and Hydraulic with auto-feed arrangement is so arranged to ensure ease of operation which reduces operator fatigue
Track & Traction Drive:
Rugged Durable Overlapping steel track pads are made to withstand punishments and keep right on going. Mechanical track oscillation are provided allowing the track to flex up on either side providing positive ground contact while tramming over rough terrain.
Tramming power is supplied by two Powerful 9.0 H.P Radial Piston type Air Motor coupled to Self-braking Spur-Worm combination reduction gearbox and chain drive on either side. This is enough to tram the CD-110 with its compressor in tow right to the job site.
